PLAINVILLE - President Joe Biden will deliver the 2024 State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress and the Supreme Court on Thursday night.
Plainville officials would normally give their state of the town address to residents live on North TV from town hall.
Audio issues in the main meeting room, however, forced Town Administrator Brian Noble, Select Board Chair Jeff Johnson and School Committee Chair Justin Alexander to record the update on the town’s position during a special recording of “The Town Administrator’s Report” recorded in the North TV news set.
