NORTH ATTLEBORO - North TV had three games on the sports schedule last week, but only two were completed.
Tri-County’s home hockey game against Attleboro was called in the first period due to dangerous ice conditions.
Unfortunately, the game was completed at a time we were unable to cover it.
North TV was at the Pickering Gymnasium on Valentine’s Day for King Philip’s 52-46 win over North Attleboro in girls’ basketball.
We were back at NAHS Friday night, February 16, as the Red Rocketeers wrapped up their season with a 54-33 loss to Attleboro.
Our Player of the Week for last week helped lead King Philip back after the Warriors faced an early 16-point deficit to North Attleboro. Senior forward, Maddie Paschke, number 15, was instrumental in the rally, leading all scorers with 18 points to be named our North TV Player of the Week
Paschke will receive a DVD copy of that game and a Player of the Week t-shirt in King Philip gold. We’ll announce our Player of the Week for the final week of the winter sports regular season next week at this time.
