PLAINVILLE - Town officials learned Monday night that the fire department is in need of a new ambulance.
The request was made during Monday night’s virtual meeting of the board of selectmen. Acting town administrator Justin Alexander, who is also the town’s fire chief, introduced Deputy Richard Ball, who will serve as interim chief when Alexander leaves at the end of the month for the same position in Easton.
