PLAINVILLE - The busy stretch of election coverage for the North TV continues next week with Monday’s Plainville annual town election.
Polls will open at 7 a.m. and will close at 8 p.m.
Voters in all precincts will once again cast ballots at the Public Safety Building at 194 South Street behind Town Hall.
North TV’s Live Election Night Coverage will begin at 8:15 Monday night, April 7th on our Plainville Channel: Comcast channel 8.
Turnout is expected to be low because there are no contested races this year.
A number of candidates agreed to sit down with North TV, however, to discuss their candidacy
Brian Kelly for Select Board, Patricia Bergevine for the Board of Assessors, Donald Fairbanks for a two-year seat on the Board of Health, Steven Albert for the Plainville School Committee, and Justin Alexander also for the Plainville School Committee AND Planning Board.
Alex Kenney is mounting a write-in campaign to serve on the Plainville Housing Authority.
