Plainville residents welcome to use North compost center

NORTH ATTLEBORO - There’s good news for Plainville residents who want to compost this summer.

Town officials recently signed an agreement with North Attleboro that will allow residents to use that town’s compost facility.

Plainville announced the agreement Wednesday on their website.

Our partners at The Sun Chronicle reported the agreement allows residents access to the facility on Plain Street.

Residents do not need to be on the Plainville municipal trash program or have a recycling center pass to use the North Attleboro compost facility.
