NORTH ATTLEBORO - It’s official. Dr. John Antonucci is the new superintendent of North Attleboro’s public schools after the school committee met in a special session Thursday night, their second meeting in a four-day span, to approve his contract.
Antonucci is currently serving as the superintendent of Duxbury’s public schools.
He will succeed Scott Holcomb in North Attleboro. Holcomb announced earlier this year that he was stepping down in August.
