NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town's students will be the first in the area to return to school four days a week.
The coronavirus was the major item on the agenda during Monday night’s virtual meeting of the North Attleboro school committee. Members approved a plan presented by Superintendent Scott Holcomb to bring students back four days a week
Kindergarten students will lead the way this Monday, March 8, followed by middle and high school students on March 15 and students in grades 1 through 5 the following Monday, March 22.
The district's 4,000 studentss will attend school virtually on Wednesdays.
Monday night’s meeting of the North Attleboro school committee can be seen in its entirety on North TV’s Education and Government channels: Comcast channel 9 and 98 and Verizon channels 22 and 23.
