PLAINVILLE - The select board adopted the tax rate recommended by the board of assessors for calendar year 2025.
In addition to the recommendation for a minimum residential factor of 0.8415, select board members chose to not adopt a residential exemption and to not adopt a small commercial exemption.
Monday’s meeting was held jointly with the board of assessors.
