PLAINVILLE - Add the town to the list of area communities dealing with flooding issues.
Residents of Berry Street off or Route 1A have been dealing with flooded yards and basements they claim is the result of a solar farm being built on land adjacent to the Hockomock Area YMCA’s Park Terrace Swim Club.
Many of those homeowners voiced their displeasure at last week’s meeting of the town’s planning board.
North TV spoke to Town Administrator Brian Noble and Select Board Chair Jeff Johnson on Thursday about the flooding.
