NORTH ATTLEBORO - It’s officially called a “Joint Town Council and School Committee Public Meeting,” but it might as well be called the “State of the Town Address” similar to the “State of the Union Address.”
Town Manager Michael Borg will deliver this year’s update this Monday, January 8 at 7 p.m. in the James Rice Meeting Room at the Woodcock School Administration Building.
Borg discussed the annual event when he visited the North TV set last week for the recording of the January edition of “The Town Manager’s Report.”
One of the issues is the percentage of commercial/industral space compared to residential properties and the impact on real estate taxes.
