NORTH ATTLEBORO - The second town council is set to serve a two-year term after being sworn in Wednesday night during a ceremony in the lobby of town hall.
Justin Pare, who topped the ballot in April’s election, will serve as council president.
John Simmons placed second in the April election and will serve as his vice president.
Town clerk Patricia McNielly administrated the oath of office for the nine councilors.
