NORTH ATTLEBORO - One week after appearing before the town's planning board, officials from the Lobisser Companies presented their proposal for a 40B development on the south side of Draper Avenue behind the CarMax used car dealership and in front of the medical building owned by Sturdy Health.
A 40B development limits the actions a town can take in permitting a project and the option is available when only less than 10% of housing is considered affordable.
North Attleboro is at only 3%.
North TV spoke to Town Manager Michael Borg on Tuesday about the proposal.

The proposal for Draper Avenue is separate from the 40R housing proposed at the site of the Stix Fun Center on Kelly Boulevard on the North Attleboro and Plainville line.
